UK Shipping

All Standard shipping UK orders are sent via Tracked 48 with Royal Mail. Orders sent with Express shipping are sent via Tracked 24 with Royal Mail. You will receive tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct as this cannot be changed after the order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

All International orders are sent tracked with Royal Mail. You will receive tracking information when your order has been dispatched. Please provide an email when placing your order or you will not receive this information.

Please be aware of import taxes and duties! You are responsible for paying any fees when your order arrives in your country. However, there is usually a minimum order value before this becomes applicable, so please be aware of this before placing your order.

Returns

Should you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the item arriving with you to do so. Items in original condition will be accepted as a return. You are responsible for paying the return postage fee. We recommend using tracked postage as missing parcels cannot be refunded.

Custom pieces cannot be returned.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene considerations.

Once items are received back with us, a refund will be processed. Alternatively, total balance paid can be used to exchange items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
